No Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Design preference
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
All sales are final.
No Size Exchange
Please measure your bangle size carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer exchanges for size issues since every piece is made/packed specifically for your order.
Damaged or Wrong Product
We only provide a refund if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery, or
- Incorrect (wrong design, color, or item delivered)
- The video must clearly show the parcel from all sides, the opening process, and the product inside without any cuts or edits.
- Refund requests without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
Once your video is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
No Refunds
We do not process refunds unless:
- The product is unavailable after payment
- The replacement for a damaged/wrong product is not possible
In such rare cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
